Shingles fail first in the photos. The leaks usually start at step flashing, chimneys, skylights, and under-ventilated attics. We correct those while the deck is open so you are not paying twice in three years.

When a roof is at the end of its life — or a hail claim justifies a full tear-off — we replace the system, not just the shingles. Underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and gutters are part of the same job.

Material warranties require installation to spec. We follow the manufacturer’s instructions, pull permits, and stand behind the workmanship so you are not holding a brochure that does not apply.
