A new roof with failed gutters is a wet fascia waiting to happen. We replace fiber-cement or vinyl siding, wrap trim, and hang seamless gutters as part of the same restoration so the envelope works as one system.
Gutters are drainage, not decoration
Undersized or pulled-away gutters dump water at the foundation — which is how we end up in the basement chapter. We size, hang, and discharge them so the roof’s job actually finishes at grade.
