Two companies. One team.
Your insurance company sends an adjuster to represent its interests.
You get a Homer Glen contractor on the house — and, if you want it, licensed public adjusting through Statewide Adjusters. Same ownership. Separate companies. Use one, both, or neither.
- Photos and a written scope before the insurance company’s number is locked in.
- We walk the roof with the insurance adjuster so documented hail, wind, and water damage doesn’t get overlooked.
- If we don’t see legitimate storm damage, we’ll tell you before you file. Not every damaged roof is an insurance claim.

01
Inspect
We walk the roof, elevations, and interior, photograph what we find, and use moisture meters where conditions call for it. Then we give you a straightforward assessment: what we found, what it means, and whether we recommend filing a claim.
02
Document
If the loss moves forward, we document what matters. Photos, measurements, repair scope, and additional estimating or claim documentation are developed as needed — not paperwork for paperwork’s sake.
03
Coordinate
We attend the insurance inspection as your contractor. If you choose to hire Statewide Adjusters, their licensed public adjuster represents you in the claim. Same team, separate roles.
04
Restore
Permits, tear-off or dry-out, installation to manufacturer specifications, and interior rebuild when needed. We keep the property protected while the work is open.
05
Close
Final walkthrough, completion paperwork, and manufacturer and workmanship warranties. You shouldn’t have to chase your contractor for a completion certificate.
Hail vs. a finished system
Bruised shingles are not a character feature.
Illinois hail leaves circular bruises and missing granules long before a leak shows on the drywall. We inspect the field, the elevations, and the flashing — then we tell you if it is a repair, a replacement, or not a claim at all.

Southwest suburbs, and the rest of the metro
Based in Homer Glen. Dispatched across eight counties.
Will, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Grundy, Kankakee, and Kendall. Flooded basements, hail and wind damaged roofs, ice dams on 1990s ranches — this is local weather, not a national script.

Clay soil, snowmelt, and a tired sump pump. The first 48 hours decide whether you have a cleanup or a mold reconstruction.

Fire restoration
After a house fire in Illinois: your first 7 days
Adjusters will call. Contractors will knock. Here is a practical sequence that protects both the house and the settlement.
